      Fiendish】 usually implies excessive cruelty or malignity.

      Devilish】 frequently suggests abnormal wickedness, but it often also suggests superhuman or satanic ingenuity or craft or capacity for destruction. The term is often used as an intensive that substitutes for profanity.
