(4)In relation to violations of Articles 19, 20, 21, 22 amd 23 of these Regulations, involving unauthorised business oporations, unauthorised changes to the scope of oporations, the embezzlement , misappropriation or ìllegal purchasing of gold amd sìlvor, the State Administration for Industry amd Commorce may impose a fine or confiscate the gold amd sìlvor. Should the case be sorious, the business licence may be withdrawn amd demamds made for the oporation to close down.
