73.2 Fail to perform the legal obligations according to the provisions hereunder ;

Carriage is equivalent to “transportation”, “carrier” means all air carriers that carry or undertake to carry the passenger or his baggage hereunder or perform any other service incidental to such air carriage.

In accordance with the insurance coverage, the motor insurance clauses and additional insurance as well as other special agreement set forth in this policy, our company will insure the following motor vehicle hereunder for the insured.

Neither the waiver by a party hereto of a breach of, or a default under, any of the provisions of this Contract, nor the failure of a party on one or more occasions, to enforce any of the provisions of this Contract or to exercise any right or privilege hereunder shall thereafter be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, or as a waiver of any of such provisions, rights or privileges hereunder.

本合同一方免予追究对本合同任何条款的违反或不履行、或一方一次或多次未执行本合同的任何条款或行使本合同项下的任何权利或特权，均不得被解释为对任何随后的违反或不履行不予追究、或对本合同项下任何该等条款、权利或特权的放弃。

In the absence of any termination of this Guaranty, Guarantor agrees that nothing shall discharge or satisfy its obligations created hereunder except for the full payment and performance of the Obligations with interest.

除非本担保书终止，担保人同意，其债务只有在已充分偿付款项并付清利息的情形下方为履行。

We, the GUARANTOR shall not be discharged or released from our undertakings hereunder by any waiver or forebearance by NPOG whether as to payment, time , performance, or otherwise.

担保人不会因NPOG放弃或节制对支付、工期、履约或其他方面的要求而解除自己承担的责任。

Guarantor waives any right to a jury trial in any action hereunder or arising out of buyers transactions with Seller.

担保人放弃在因本担保书或买卖双方交易而产生的任何诉讼中由陪审团审理的所有权利。

Guarantor hereby authorizes buyer, without notice or demand and without affecting its liability hereunder , from time to time to renew, compromise, extend, accelerate or otherwise change the time for the Obligations, or any part thereof, including, without limitation, increasing or decreasing any of the fees thereof

担保人据此授权买方，在不影响本担保书项下担保人义务的情形下，买方可以无须通知或提出要求，不时地更新债务、进行债务和解、延长债务履行、加速履行债务或以改变义务的履行时间，包括但不限于，增加或减少与债务有关的任何费用。

Guarantor agrees that buyer may do any or all of the foregoing in such manner, upon such terms, and at such times as buyer, in its discretion, deems advisable, without, in any way or respect, impairing, affecting, reducing or releasing Guarantor from its undertakings hereunder and Guarantor hereby consents to each and all of the foregoing acts, events and occurrences.

担保人同意，买方可以在不削弱、影响、减少或免除担保人义务的情形下，按照其认为适当的方式、条件和时间做出前述任何一种或全部的行为，担保人也据此同意买方做出任何前述行为。

Guarantor agrees that it is directly and primarily liable to buyer, that the obligations hereunder are independent of the obligations of Seller and that a separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against Guarantor, whether action is brought against Seller or whether Seller is joined in any such action or actions.

担保人同意由其直接并主要地向买方承担责任，本担保书项下的义务独立于卖方的义务。担保人可以被单独提起诉讼，不论该诉讼是否对卖方提起或卖方是否参加该诉讼。

All of the obligations of the Guarantor hereunder shall be joint and several.

担保人在本担保书项下承担的所有义务均应是连带的。

Provided however, that Seller’s liability hereunder ,if any, shall be strictly and solely limited to the amount of royalties which would be payable in respect of revenues derived by Seller from buyer from sales of the infringing goods.

但是，卖方在本合同项下的责任(如果有的话)，应严格地并且仅仅限于卖方因买方销售侵权物品而应从买方获得的特许权使用费收入金额。

Article 28. Penalties provided under Article 34 of “Law on the Prevention of Air Pollution of the PRC ” shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions hereunder :

Installations for the prevention of air pollution of construction projects which discharge pollutants into the atmosphere must be tested by the same environmental protection authorities which examined and approved the environmental impact reports of the said projects prior to their commissioning or usage to the effect that they conform to the conditions hereunder :

第六条 向大气排放污染物的建设项目投入生产或者使用前，其大气污染防治设施必须经过审批该项目环境影响报告书的环境保护部门检验，符合下列条件:

Article 78 Any occupational-disease-inductive organizations except for the employers as set forth in Article 2 hereunder may conduct the occupational-disease-prevention activities according to this Code.

第七十八条 本法第二条规定的用人单位以外的单位，产生职业病危害的，其职业病防治活动可以参照本法执行。

Article 70 In the event that the Employer’s practice against the provisions hereunder has resulted in severe harm to the laborer’s health, the competent public health authority may order the Employer to stop the occupational-disease-inductive operation or apply to the competent people’s government to shut up the occupational-disease-inductive operation within the authority granted by the State Council in addition to a fine between RMB 100,000 yuan to RMB 300,000 yuan.

第七十条　用人单位违反本法规定，已经对劳动者生命健康造成严重损害的，由卫生行政部门责令停止产生职业病危害的作业，或者提请有关人民政府按照国务院规定的权限责令关闭，并处十万元以上三十万元以下的罚款。

The MPCSC or district or county physical cultural administrative department must not allow the sponsor who fails to meet the requirements hereunder to go through the registration of sports contest and must notify in writing the sponsor.

对不符合本办法规定条件的举办人，市体委或者区、县体育行政部门不予办理体育竞赛登记，并应当书面告知举办人。

The Regulations apply to any operator that is engaged in commodity marketing or commercial service provision (the “commodities” referred to hereunder include services)within the administrative region of the Province.
