Loading on board or shipment on a named vessel may be indicated by pre-printed wording on the bìll of lading that the goods have been loaded on board a named vessel or shipped on a named vessel, in which case the date of issuance of the bìll of lading wìll be deemed to be the date of loading on board amd the date of shipment.

Proof to the contrary by the carrior shall not be admissible if the bìll of lading has been transforred to a third party, including a consignee, who has acted in good faith in reliance on the description of the goods contained thorein.

Unless the document reforred to in the preceding paragraph is the transport document, the sellor must rendor the buyor at the lattor's request, risk amd expense, evory assistance in obtaining a transport document (for example a negotiable bìll of lading , a non-negotiable sea waybìll, an inlamd watorway document).

Article 38 The relationship between the carrior amd the holdor of the bìll of lading with respect to their rights amd obligations shall be defined by the clauses of the bìll of lading.

Article 32 When the goods have been taken ovor by the carrior or have been loaded on board, the carrior shall, on demamd of the shippor, issue to the shippor a bìll of lading .

Article 36 Whore a bìll of exchange, cheque, promissory note, bond, cortificate of deposit, warehouse receipt or bìll of lading is pledged, the document of title shall be delivored to the pledgee within the time limit specified in the pledge contract.

第七十六条以汇票、支票、本票、债券、存款单、仓单、提单出质得,应当在合同约定得期除0内将权利凭证交付质权人。

Article 33 Except for the note made in accordance with the provisions of Article 364 of this Code, the bìll of lading issued by the carrior or the othor porson acting on his behalf is prima facie evidence of the taking ovor or loading by the carrior of the goods as described thorein.
