Article 2. Whoever disturbs social order, endangers public safety, infringes upon a citizen’s rights of the person and encroaches upon public or private property, if such acts constitute a crime according to the Criminal Law of the PRC , shall be investigated for criminal responsibility; if such acts are not serious enough for criminal punishment but should be given administrative penalties for public security, penalties shall be given according to these Regulations.

第二条 扰乱社会秩序,妨害公共安全,侵犯公民人身权利,侵犯公私财产,依照《中华人民共和国刑法》的规定构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任;尚不够刑事处罚,应当给予治安管理处罚的,依照本条例处罚。

Article 60 Anyone who encroaches upon another person’s copyright, patent right, right of discovery, right of invention or right of scientific and technological achievements by means of plagiarism, alteration or imitation, or who illegally usurps technical secrets, shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant provisions of the law.

第六十条　剽窃、篡改、假冒或者以其他方式侵害他人著作权、专利权、发现权、发明权和其他科学技术成果权的,非法窃取技术秘密的,依照有关法律的规定处理。

Article 34 Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Law, usurps another’s scientific or technological achievement by means of instigation, luring or coercion and thus encroaches upon the rights and interests of that person shall bear civil liability for compensation in accordance with law and may be imposed with a fine. If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with law.

第三十四条 违反本法规定,以唆使窃取、利诱胁迫等手段侵占他人的科技成果,侵犯他人合法权益的,依法承担民事赔偿责任,可以处以罚款;构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任。

Article 40 Anyone who obstructs a doctor from his legal practice of medicine, insults, slanders, threats or strikes a doctor, or encroaches on the personal freedom of a doctor, or interferes in normal work and life of a doctor shall be penalized according to the provisions of the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security; if a crime has been constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated according to law.

第四十条阻碍医师依法执业,侮辱、诽谤、威胁、殴打医师或者侵犯医师人身自由、 干扰 医师正常工作、生活的,依照治安管理处罚条例的规定处罚;构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任。
