Article 26 The managerial personnel of technology market who neglect their duties, make embezzlement, accept bribery and engage in malpractice for personal gains shall be given administrative punishments by their work unit according to the seriousness of the case. If the irregularities constitute a crime, the offender shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

第二十六条　技术市场管理人员玩忽职守，贪污受贿，徇私舞弊的，根据情节轻重，由所在单位给予行政处分。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 27 As for any State security functionary neglecting his or her duty, engaging in malpractice for personal interests, exercising unlawful detention or extorting a confession by torture, if the offence constitutes a crime, he shall be subject to investigation for criminal responsibility pursuant to law.

Article 16 Contest Order and Security Precaution The sponsor, contestants, coaches and referees must observe physical cultural ethics and ensure fair contest. No fraud or malpractice is allowed. It is forbidden to make use of sports contests for gambling activities.

第四十二条卫生行政部门工作人员或者医疗、预防、保健机构工作人员违反本法有关规定，弄虚作假、玩忽职守、滥用职权、徇私舞弊，尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 49 The working staff of the MPUA, the MFGMO, or the county / district fuel gas administrative department that commit dereliction, abuse power and malpractice shall be given disciplinary sanction by their work unit or the superior competent department. If the irregularities constitute a crime, the wrong-doer shall be prosecuted for his/her criminal liability according to law.

第四十九条市公用局、市燃气管理处或者县(区)燃气行政管理部门的工作人员玩忽职守、滥用职权、徇私舞弊的，由其所在单位或者上级主管部门给予行政处分;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 47 Any State functionary engaged in the work of supervision and control over product quality, who abuses power, neglects duty, engages in malpractice for private benefit, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility if his act constitutes a crime; if his act does not constitute a crime, he shall be subjected to administrative sanction.

第四十七条 从事产品质量监督管理的国家工作人员滥用职权、玩忽职守、徇私舞弊，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;不构成犯罪的，给予行政处分。

Article 43 Personnel from the department of tobacco monopoly administration or from a tobacco company who abuse their power, seek personal interests and commit malpractice or neglect their duties shall be subjected to administrative sanctions; if the circumstances are so serious as to constitute a crime, the offender shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

第四十三条 烟草专卖行政主管部门和烟草公司的工作人员滥用职权、徇私舞弊或者玩忽职守的，给予行政处分;情节严重，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 58 If any supervisor or administrator from the environmental protection department or any other State functionary abuses his power, neglects his duty or engages in malpractice for personal gain, the unit to which he belongs or the competent department at a higher level shall give him an administrative sanction; if a crime is constituted, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

第五十八条环境保护监督管理人员和其他有关国家工作人员滥用职权、玩忽职守、徇私舞弊的，由其所在单位或者上级主管机关给予行政处分;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 52 Food hygiene supervisors and administrators who by abusing their power, neglecting their duties or engaging in malpractice for personal gain, cause a major accident, which constitutes a crime, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law; if the offence does not constitute a crime, the offender shall be given administrative sanctions according to law.
